Rajender Shah is a Post Graduate in Physics from University of Kashmir and has a degree in Education from MD University. Rajender followed his passion for Physics by teaching, writing books and coaching students successfully for competitive exams and gained high repute and respect as an educator and administrator. With nearly three decades of experience as an academician and as Department Head ,equipped with a dynamic approach to effective Physics teaching, he has taken the lead to train, motivate and empower schools and educational institutes. Having gained valuable experience in both CBSE and ICSE board curriculum, Rajender has supervised academic and administrative audit of various schools. An author and a leader in education, armed with an MBA degree, his teaching methodology and innovative methods of building an ideal team of educators, helped him carve out a niche for himself in DPS Vasant Kunj and then at G D Goenka Vasant Kunj. Nominated by school toppers in their UG courses, Rajender received the Best Physics Teacher award from Stanford University USA for two consecutive years. As Vice Principal at G D Goenka Vasant Kunj, he took the initiative towards creating a paperless and tech savvy teaching community. His vision of the new age interactive methodology of learning was aptly blended with traditional values and practices. He firmly believes that young minds should be given the creative freedom to explore their true potential. He gave emphasis on empowering children from displaced and marginalized communities and contributed greatly in providing academic support to them. Mr Shah is an evolved mentor and leader, and his quest for sterling qualities in the conduct of a global experience in the field of education keeps him up to date with the constantly changing world scenario.
